Para las sidreras es bueno que \u00e9l se lleve el remanente porque es un problema menos, ya no es basura sino que es un\u00a0<strong>recurso que se reutiliza.<\/strong>Es artesanal porque Juan Carlos modific\u00f3 una cosechadora que ten\u00eda y la convirti\u00f3 en una\u00a0<strong>moldeadora de bio troncos<\/strong>\u00a0al mismo tiempo que despliega esta masa por la chacra para su secado natural.
